Save the date for FIERCE---an 8th grade young women's night! February 11 from 5pm-8pm.
Teachers have planned an event to empower, inspire and educate our 8th grade young women about self-love, self-care, sexual health, boundaries in relationships, nutrition and fitness. We have put together a panel of health professionals to speak to our girls and we are kicking the night off with a yoga session led by a certified personal trainer. We are so excited to share this time with our girls! It is a free event at HTMMA and dinner will be provided. Please encourage your child to attend. We hope to make this a tradition!

Bagels to support High Tech High Media Arts (upstairs)
HTHMA (high school) PA is going to start selling bagels every Tuesday morning.  If you’re short on time Tuesday mornings, you can send your child with a couple of bucks for a bagel :)

FREE Money for HTMMA!
Here are FOUR super easy ways to donate money to the school without spending an extra cent:

Target Red Card….FREE MONEY!
If you or perhaps your child’s aunts, uncles, grandparents, etc. have a Target Red Card, please consider designating our school to receive funds! We have received some funds in the last few years but we’re sure there are many people that haven’t realized they can designate HIGH TECH MIDDLE MEDIA ARTS to receive free money from Target every time they use their Red Card! :) All funds go directly to the school!

Amazed with Amazon? :)
Help our school by using our very own link!! Please utilize and bookmark our Amazon link here: http://htmma-parentpage.blogspot.com.  Remember to make sure your cart starts out empty, as things waiting in your cart before you use the portal will cause the entire order not to count.  Please bookmark the page to make it even easier!

ESCRIP:  If you haven’t signed up for EScrip yet or need to renew, the EScrip button is right under the Amazon link on the HTMMA PA website.  Sign-up is very easy.  A percentage of all of your cash or debit purchases at Von’s, Fresh & Easy and other EScrip retailers will then be given back to the school (please note that credit card purchases are no longer honored to raise funds through EScrip). Also, you may need to designate HTMMA as your school of choice if you have not already done so.

Box Tops….Let’s Rack Them Up! (We just received a $111 check from Box Tops...thank you!)
While doing your shopping, we ask that you collect and turn in your Box Tops in the jar at Naiby’s desk. This is FREE money to our school...we can’t afford NOT to collect those Box Tops! :) Keep ‘em coming!

You can find out which products and websites offer Box Tops at:
